Professional Community Association Management, Inc. (pcamgmt) offers three levels of services to condominium and homeowners associations.The following is an overview of the various Professional Community Association Management, Inc. service packages:
Full Service:
Full accounting services
Keeper of association financial records
Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
Detail report of all checks and other charges
Detail report of all deposits
Monthly financial reports
Balance sheet
Profit and loss statement
Year-to-date budget tracking
Provide fiscal financial data to tax accountant
Monthly collection status report
Invoice payment
Enforcement (as prescribed by the association’s policies)
Record keeping on database (note, some records are also kept in hard copy)
Full administration of database/website
Attendance at board and homeowner meetings
Liaison between homeowners, board, contractors and/or service providers
Official contact address, e-mail, and telephone for association
Two site visits per month: 1) maintenance review and 2) verification of enforcement issues or other purpose
Customized Services:
The pcamgmt service contract is customized to fit the association’s needs, including use of services on an as-needed basis
Cost of the services can be either charged on an hourly or fixed monthly basis
Database/Website Services:
Provide and administration of database/website for self-managed associations
