Jeff Kirkman, principal, has worked in various capacities within several real estate based industries including property management, project accounting, project management, and asset management (reserve studies) consulting. In addition to his vocational endeavors, Jeff has spent more than nine years as an association board member, acting as president and treasurer during his tenure. Jeff also teaches seminars and classes on various community association subjects.
Kevin Hilpert, community association manager, has worked in various capacities serving the community association industry including performing reserve studies, forensic building investigations, developing maintenance plans for communities, and managing construction and repair projects for condominium associations in Washington and Oregon.
Elizabeth Kirkman, facilitation and operations manager, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of pcamgmt. Liz is a principal of the firm and uses her extensive experience of real estate management to ensure that the company meets the expectations of its clients.
